Dad’s Famous Whitefish Fillets
Serves 2 – 360 Calories Per Serving – 21g fat/18g carbs/35g protein
Ingredients
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 2 6oz Whitefish Fillets
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Sweet Onion
- 1/4 Cup Vegan Parmesan
- Sea Salt as Needed
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 and make two tin foil boats
- Place fillets in the tin foil, drizzling with olive oil
- Slice onion and green bell pepper and place in tin foil with the fish
- Season with spices and salt, topping with parmesan
- Close tin foil up and bake for 20 minutes
