Toad In The Hole
Serves 1 – 300 Calories Per Serving – 10g fat/29g carbs/20g protein
Ingredients
- Olive Oil Spray
- 2 Slices Ezekiel Bread
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Tsp Lawry’s Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Toast bread and cut out a circle in the middle of each piece
- Spray a large skillet with olive oil and turn heat to medium
- Lay toast in skillet, crack eggs in holes, and season with seasoned salt and salt
- Let cook for about a minute, until the egg white has made a seal over the bottom, and flip
- Cook for a minute on the other side, or until the bread easily releases from skillet.
