Herby Lemon Whitefish and Asparagus

Serves 2 – 240 Calories Per Serving – 8g Fat/6g Carbs/34g Protein



  • 2 6oz Cod Fillets
  • 1 Bunch Asparagus
  • 1 Tsp Thyme
  • 1 Tsp Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 T Olive Oil



  • Pre-heat oven to 350 and make two tinfoil boats on the baking sheet
  • Cut ends off of asparagus, drizzle half of olive oil and salt over them, and bake for 12 minutes
  • Remove from oven, place fish in foil, squeeze lemon and other half of olive oil over top, and season with salt, pepper, parsley, and thyme.
  • Top fish with slices of lemon, roll up tinfoil, and bake for 12 minutes.
