Autumn Apple Brownies
Serves 12 – 150 Calories Per Serving – 6g fat/24g carbs/5g protein
Ingredients
- Olive Oil Spray
- 3/4 Cup Xylitol
- 1/2 Cup Applesauce
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Cup Oat Flour
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Fuji Apples
- 2 T Xylitol
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 and spray a baking dish with olive oil
- In a large bowl, combine flours, baking powder, salt, and half of cinnamon and mix well
- In a separate bowl, combine xylitol, eggs, applesauce, and vanilla and mix well
- Peel apples and dice them and add in with wet ingredients
- Slowly pour dry ingredients in the wet while stirring and pour into greased baking dish
- Top with xylitol and other half of cinnamon and bake for 30 minutes
