To open my own studio and teach people about what their bodies are capable of has been a goal of mine since 2013. In 2018, when I opened The Ambitious Fox Training Studio, it became a reality.

What started out as a hobby in college has become one of my life focuses. Exercise and nutrition have become a major foundation of my life, and they have brought me a wonderful mixture of strength, peace, health, hope, and excitement. But above all, they’ve helped me develop a strong sense of self. I’d love nothing more than to be your guide through all the facets of living a healthy lifestyle, helping you to craft and hone your own confidence and skills, being your friend and mentor who helps you crush all your goals.

I’ve never been the type of trainer to yell or push my clients to their breaking point. While I do expect and cajole my clients to work hard, I think working out also needs to be enjoyable or else the majority of people won’t continue in the endeavor. So first and foremost, I prefer to be my clients’ friend and confidante. I want to celebrate you in your successes and encourage you when you don’t have enough motivation within yourself. I want my studio to be a place of stress relief, not only because you are getting endorphins from your workout, but also because it’s a safe and inclusive environment that feels welcoming. I enjoy being my authentic self with my clients and encourage them to be the same with me; it’s then that I can be not only your teacher, but also your biggest supporter.

That’s why all my sessions are taught one-on-one. I want to craft workouts to fit YOUR needs, goals, limitations, and no one else’s. I want to meet you where you are at. Whether you’re just starting out and have never touched a weight in your life, or you’ve been going to the gym for years and are looking to take your fitness to the next level, The Ambitious Fox Training Studio has its doors open and ready for you.
