Coo-Coo For Coconut No-Bakes
Serves 10 – 120 Calories Per Serving – 7g Fat/9g Carbs/3g Protein
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Xylitol
- 2 T Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 T Olive OIl
- 2 T Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 Cup Gluten-Free Oatmeal
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Sunflower Butter
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except sea salt
- Form into 10 cookies and place on parchment paper
- Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate for six hours
