Coo-Coo For Coconut No-Bakes

Serves 10 – 120 Calories Per Serving – 7g Fat/9g Carbs/3g Protein

 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Xylitol
  • 2 T Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 T Olive OIl
  • 2 T Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1 Cup Gluten-Free Oatmeal
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Sunflower Butter
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt

 

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except sea salt
  • Form into 10 cookies and place on parchment paper
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate for six hours
