Cheddary Cheesy Whats-Its
Serves 4 – 280 Calories Per Serving – 23g fat/10g carbs/10g protein
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 Cup Vegan Cheddar Cheese
- 2 T Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Egg
- 1 T Olive Oil
- Sea Salt as Needed
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 and place parchment paper on baking sheet
- Mix together the first nine ingredients and then mix in the last two into a batter
- Roll out dough into a flat sheet on the baking sheet, then cut into one-inch squares
- Bake for 15 minutes, re-cut squares, flip, and bake for another ten minutes
