A Little Bit Sweet, A Little Bit Spicy Tofu
Serves 3 – 550 Calories Per Serving – 22g fat/71g carbs/23g protein
Ingredients
- 14oz Firm Tofu
- 1 Cup Brown Rice
- 2 T Honey
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 1 T Sriracha
- 2 T Water
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 3 Green Onions
- 1 Container Almond Feta Cheese
- Sea Salt as Needed
Instructions
- In a rice cooker, cook brown rice until tender
- In a large skillet, mix together honey, olive oil, sriracha, and water and bring to a medium heat
- Cut tofu into bite sized squares and place in skillet, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt
- Cook for ten minutes, until the tofu has absorbed all the liquid
- Dice green onion and serve over top of the rice, tofu, and almond feta
