Ingredients
- 1 Beyond Burger Patty
- 2 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Mixed Greens
- 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Tsp Honey Mustard
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- Sea Salt as Needed
Instructions
- In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook patty for three minutes on each side, seasoning with garlic powder and salt
- Place burger over mixed greens and serve with sliced cherry tomatoes and honey mustard
