Seeds Galore! Crackers
Serves 6 – 300 Calories Per Serving – 20g fat/21g carbs/11g protein
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Gluten-Free Oatmeal
- 3/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 3 T Sesame Seeds
- 3 T Chia Seeds
- 2 T Nutritional Yeast
- 2 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 1 T Monk Fruit Maple Syrup
- 3/4 Cup Water
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl and let sit for ten minutes for the water to absorb
- Spread out on baking sheet into a quarter-inch layer, pressing together well forming into two sheets
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip crackers, and bake for another 20 minutes
- Cut into 12 large crackers
