Seeds Galore! Crackers

Serves 6 – 300 Calories Per Serving – 20g fat/21g carbs/11g protein



  • 1 Cup Gluten-Free Oatmeal
  • 3/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 3 T Sesame Seeds
  • 3 T Chia Seeds
  • 2 T Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 T Olive Oil
  • 1 T Monk Fruit Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 Cup Water



  • Pre-heat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl and let sit for ten minutes for the water to absorb
  • Spread out on baking sheet into a quarter-inch layer, pressing together well forming into two sheets
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flip crackers, and bake for another 20 minutes
  • Cut into 12 large crackers
