Double The Beans, Twice The Taste Salad
Serves 3 – 410 Calories Per Serving – 18g Fat/47g Carbs/18g Protein
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Cashews
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 1 Lime
- 1 T Honey Mustard
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tsp Hot Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 2 Romaine Hearts
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 3/4 Cup Falafel Crunchy Chickpeas
- Sea Salt as Needed
Instructions
- Slice Romaine and add into a large bowl
- Drain and rinse black beans and pour them into the bowl along with the crunchy chickpeas
- Mix the first eight ingredients and salt together in a blender and pour over salad
