One of my final projects to graduate with my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology was doing a research project for my internship. Being both an avid runner and having done yoga for the past few years, multiple times a week, I had noticed a correlation. The more flexible I was becoming, the better my running seemed to get. I was having less injuries, better recovery, and faster running times. I wanted to dig into this and see if there was any science behind it.
