Super Savory Summer Pasta
Serves 3 – 700 Calories Per Serving – 22g fat/107g carbs/20g protein
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Sundried Tomatoes
2 T Nutritional Yeast
1/2 Cup Walnuts
1/2 Cup Fresh Basil
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Box Brown Rice Pasta
1 T Olive OIl
1 Bunch Kale
Sea Salt as Needed
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to directions
- Slice kale and add to a large skillet with olive oil, cooking until wilted
- Slice tomatoes and add with walnuts, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and salt into large skillet, mixing well, and letting cook over medium heat for five minutes
- Serve kale mixture over pasta and top with fresh basil
