After long days of planning and tons of apprehension, The Ambitious Fox Training Studio is officially under way!

We’ve gotten our site plans and building permits all squared away with the township, and we are shooting for a Grand Opening on the first week of July!

While small (due to building constraints in our area), our 400 square foot training studio has everything I need to offer private personal training at an extremely affordable price point. I truly believe that health and wellness should be available to the average person, not just the wealthy. One hour training starts at $30 per session. Nutritional consultations and fitness assessments will also be available for the same price!

On site, there will be a treadmill, recumbent bike, rowing machine, cable machine, squat rack and bench, free weights, a TRX, and a heavy bag for boxing, not to mention plenty of outside space for slam ball, battling ropes, and ladder and cone drills. There is also an in-studio bathroom/changing room.
