No Guilt, Easy-As-Pie Pizza Pie

Serves 2 – 510 Calories Per Serving – 13g fat/90g carbs/14g protein



  • 1 Cup Brown Rice Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 T Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Can Tomato Paste
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Basil
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 Cup Vegan Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Kale
  • 1/4 Red Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper
  • Sea Salt as Needed



  • Pre-heat oven to 400 and place parchment paper on baking sheet
  • Mix together flour, baking powder, garlic, and salt in a bowl
  • Add in vinegar, water, and oil and knead into a dough
  • Roll out dough thinly on parchment paper and bake for ten minutes
  • In a sauce pan, add together tomato paste, water, basil, oregano, and salt, bringing to a simmer
  • Dice kale, red onion, and bell pepper
  • Remove crust from oven, top with sauce, veggies, sea salt, and parmesan, and bake for another ten minutes
