No Guilt, Easy-As-Pie Pizza Pie
Serves 2 – 510 Calories Per Serving – 13g fat/90g carbs/14g protein
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Brown Rice Flour
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Can Tomato Paste
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Tsp Basil
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1/4 Cup Vegan Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup Kale
- 1/4 Red Onion
- 1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper
- Sea Salt as Needed
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 and place parchment paper on baking sheet
- Mix together flour, baking powder, garlic, and salt in a bowl
- Add in vinegar, water, and oil and knead into a dough
- Roll out dough thinly on parchment paper and bake for ten minutes
- In a sauce pan, add together tomato paste, water, basil, oregano, and salt, bringing to a simmer
- Dice kale, red onion, and bell pepper
- Remove crust from oven, top with sauce, veggies, sea salt, and parmesan, and bake for another ten minutes
