The BRAT – Bacon, Avocado, Romaine, Tomato
Serves 1 – 440 Calories Per Serving – 16g fat/49g carbs/23g protein
Ingredients
- Olive Oil Spray
- 2 Slices Ezekiel Bread
- 4 Slices Tempeh Bacon
- 1/2 Roma Tomato
- 1 Cup Romaine
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 Tsp Seasoned Salt
- 2 T Plain Almond Yogurt
Instructions
- Spray skillet with olive oil and cook tempeh strips until browned over medium heat.
- Toast Ezekiel bread and top with yogurt and seasoned salt
- Slice tomato and avocado
- Assemble sandwich, starting with tomato, then tempeh, then lettuce, and finish with avocado
