The BRAT – Bacon, Avocado, Romaine, Tomato

Serves 1 – 440 Calories Per Serving – 16g fat/49g carbs/23g protein



  • Olive Oil Spray
  • 2 Slices Ezekiel Bread
  • 4 Slices Tempeh Bacon
  • 1/2 Roma Tomato
  • 1 Cup Romaine
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 2 T Plain Almond Yogurt



  • Spray skillet with olive oil and cook tempeh strips until browned over medium heat.
  • Toast Ezekiel bread and top with yogurt and seasoned salt
  • Slice tomato and avocado
  • Assemble sandwich, starting with tomato, then tempeh, then lettuce, and finish with avocado
