A Taste of the Southwest – Crockpot Dip
Serves 4 – 300 Calories Per Serving – 13g fat/33g carbs/14g protein
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Vegan Shredded Cheddar
- 1 Cup Plain Almond Yogurt
- 1 Roasted Red Pepper
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 4oz Bean Chips
- Sea Salt as Needed
Instructions
- Add all ingredients minus the chips to crock pot and heat until warm and melty
