A Taste of the Southwest – Crockpot Dip

Serves 4 – 300 Calories Per Serving – 13g fat/33g carbs/14g protein

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Vegan Shredded Cheddar
  • 1 Cup Plain Almond Yogurt
  • 1 Roasted Red Pepper
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 4oz Bean Chips
  • Sea Salt as Needed

 

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients minus the chips to crock pot and heat until warm and melty
