The Famous Taco Mush Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Venison
- 4 Cups Romaine
- 1/2 Cup Vegan Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Roma Tomatoes
- 1 Avocado
- 4oz Bean Chips
- 1 Lime
- 1/4 Cup Light French Dressing
- 1 Cup Plain Almond Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- Sea Salt as Needed
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat and brown venison with seasonings and salt
- Chop romaine, tomato, and avocado and add with cheese, and crushed chips to a large bowl
- Add in venison, lime juice, french dressing, and yogurt and mix well.
