Herby Quinoa Cakes with Dill Dressing

Serves 3 – 500 Calories Per Serving – 24g Fat/56g Carbs/12g Protein



  • Olive Oil Spray
  • 2 Cups Oat Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 T Fresh Dill
  • 1/2 Cup Quinoa
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Almond Yogurt
  • Sea Salt as Needed


  • In a rice cooker, cook quinoa according to package instructions
  • In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and seasonings until well combined
  • Add in quinoa, milk, and olive oil, stirring until a batter forms
  • In a large skillet, spray oil olive to coat and turn to medium heat
  • Once hot, scoop batter into nine separate cakes, cooking each until golden on one side and flipping
  • Mix together yogurt, parsley, dill, and salt and serve with the hot cakes
