Do You Even Lift? – Brownie Bites

Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 T Unsweetened Sunflower Butter
- 1 T Chia Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 T Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
Ingredients
- Pre-heat oven to 350 and spray mini-muffin tin with olive oil spray
- Mash banana in a bowl and mix together with protein powder and sunflower butter
- Add in chia seeds and almond milk and let sit for one minutes to plump seeds
- Stir well and add in cocoa and baking powder
- Spoon into muffin tin, sprinkle with sea salt, and bake for 12 minutes
