Pumpkin Bites with Tangy Turmeric Dip

Serves 2 – 330 Calories Per Serving – 8g Fat/51g Carbs/14g Protein



  • Olive Oil Spray
  • 1 Can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 1 Tsp Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Almond Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • Sea Salt as Needed



  • Pre-heat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Dice carrot and onion and add to blender with pumpkin, parsley, cumin, garlic powder, and salt and pulse until fine
  • Pour mixture into a large bowl and mix together with flour
  • Form into small balls and lay out on baking sheet, spray with olive oil, and bake for 20 minutes
  • Mix together the last seven ingredients and serve with pumpkin bites
