- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Tsp Cardamom
- 1/4 Cup Xylitol
- 1 Scoop Vega Vanilla Protein Powder
