Sweet and Tangy Brussel Sprouts

Serves 6 – 180 Calories Per Serving – 5g fat/35g carbs/3g protein



  • 2 Bunches Brussel Sprouts
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Xylitol
  • 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • Sea Salt as Needed



  • Pre-heat oven to 400
  • Cut off the brussels knobs and cut in half
  • Place in a glass baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, baking for twenty minutes
  • In a small saucepan, add together balsamic and xylitol and let reduce over medium-low heat and let reduce while the brussels cook
  • Pour balsamic over brussels and top with cranberries
