Crispy, Crunchy Asparagus Fries
Serves 3 – 250 Calories Per Serving – 17g fat/16g carbs/12g protein
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 Cup Vegan Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Bundle Asparagus
- 1/4 Cup Chickpea Flour
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 425 and place parchment paper on baking sheet
- In one shallow bowl, add chickpea flour
- In a second shallow bowl, add egg and beat
- In a third shallow bowl, mix together almond flour, parmesan, salt, and pepper
- Place asparagus in chickpea flour, then in the egg, and then in the almond flour mixture and place on baking sheet
- Bake for twelve minutes
