Crispy, Crunchy Asparagus Fries

Serves 3 – 250 Calories Per Serving – 17g fat/16g carbs/12g protein



  • 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Vegan Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Bundle Asparagus
  • 1/4 Cup Chickpea Flour
  • 1 Egg



  • Pre-heat oven to 425 and place parchment paper on baking sheet
  • In one shallow bowl, add chickpea flour
  • In a second shallow bowl, add egg and beat
  • In a third shallow bowl, mix together almond flour, parmesan, salt, and pepper
  • Place asparagus in chickpea flour, then in the egg, and then in the almond flour mixture and place on baking sheet
  • Bake for twelve minutes
