Bangin’ Sriracha Honey Vegan Wings

Serves 4 – 300 Calories Per Serving – 16g Fat/22g Carbs/20g Protein



  • 1 Package Soy Curls
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 T Sriracha
  • Sea Salt as Needed



  • Pre-heat oven to 300 and place parchment paper on baking sheet
  • Rehydrate the soy curls in water for five minutes and drain
  • In a tupperware container, mix together everything else and soak the soy curls in it for two minutes
  • Spread out on baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes
