Bangin’ Sriracha Honey Vegan Wings
Serves 4 – 300 Calories Per Serving – 16g Fat/22g Carbs/20g Protein
Ingredients
- 1 Package Soy Curls
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Broth
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- 1 T Sriracha
- Sea Salt as Needed
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 300 and place parchment paper on baking sheet
- Rehydrate the soy curls in water for five minutes and drain
- In a tupperware container, mix together everything else and soak the soy curls in it for two minutes
- Spread out on baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes
