Everyone’s Favorite: Seven Layer Dip
Serves 4 – 310 Calories Per Serving – 11g fat/42g carbs/12g protein
Ingredients
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Lime
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1/4 Red Onion
- 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Romaine
- 1/2 Cup Green Salsa
- 1/2 Cup Plain Almond Yogurt
- 4oz Chickpea Chips
- Sea Salt as Needed
Instructions
- Mash black beans with chili powder, cumin, and sea salt, and place in the bottom of a dip dish
- Mash avocado with lime juice, salt, garlic, and paprika and spread over top of bean layer
- Dice tomatoes and place on top of avocado layer
- Then layer salsa on top of that and then diced red onion
- Then chopped romaine, finishing with yogurt mixed with lime juice and sea salt
