Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Green Tahini

Serves 2 – 230 Calories Per Serving – 11g fat/19g carbs/13g protein


  • 1 Package Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 T Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Tahini
  • 3 Green ONions
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 T Water
  • Sea Salt as Needed



  • Pre-heat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Clean Brussels sprouts and cut in half, laying on baking sheet, and seasoning with olive oil, half of the nutritional yeast, and salt, baking for 20 minutes
  • In a blender, mix together tahini, green onions, parsley, lemon juice, salt, water, and half of the nutritional yeast
  • When Brussels sprouts are crispy, to with tahini sauce
