Get In My Mouth – Veggie Hummus Flatbread

Serves 2 – 470 Calories Per Serving – 23g Fat/55g Carbs/12g Protein



  • 1/2 Cup Brown Rice Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 1/2 T Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Head Broccoli
  • 1/2 Sweet Onion
  • 6 T Hummus
  • Sea Salt as Needed



  • Pre-heat oven to 350 and place parchment paper on baking sheet
  • Mix together both flours, water, egg, half of olive oil, baking powder, garlic powder and salt into a dough
  • Roll dough onto baking sheet and bake for ten minutes
  • Chop broccoli and onion into small pieces
  • Top dough with hummus, mozzarella, broccoli and onion, and drizzle half of olive oil over top with salt, and bake for 12 minutes
