Miso Mushrooms Make Me Happy

Serves 1 – 260 Calories Per Serving – 7g fat/44g carbs/16g protein


  • 3 T Miso
  • 3 T Vegetable Broth
  • 1 T Xylitol
  • 1 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tsp Spicy Thai Chili Sauce
  • 4 Portobello Mushrooms
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 1 T Sesame Seeds



  • Pre-heat oven to 400 and place parchment paper on baking sheet
  • Mix together first seven ingredients to form a sauce
  • Clean mushrooms, de-stem, and lay face up on baking sheet
  • Spread sauce over mushrooms and bake for twenty minutes
  • Top with green onions and sesame seeds
