Miso Mushrooms Make Me Happy
Serves 1 – 260 Calories Per Serving – 7g fat/44g carbs/16g protein
Ingredients
- 3 T Miso
- 3 T Vegetable Broth
- 1 T Xylitol
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tsp Spicy Thai Chili Sauce
- 4 Portobello Mushrooms
- 2 Green Onions
- 1 T Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 and place parchment paper on baking sheet
- Mix together first seven ingredients to form a sauce
- Clean mushrooms, de-stem, and lay face up on baking sheet
- Spread sauce over mushrooms and bake for twenty minutes
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds
