Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop Vegan Jerky
Serves 4 – 260 Calories Per Serving – 16g fat/12g carbs/20g protein
Ingredients
- 1 Bag Soy Curls
- 1/4 Cup Liquid Aminos
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1.2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 T Xylitol Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 250 and place parchment paper on baking sheet
- Rehydrate the soy curls for five minutes
- Mix together all other ingredients in a sealable container
- Strain curls and add into marinade, shaking well
- Spread over baking sheet and bake for an hour, stirring every 15 minutes
