Super Simple Slow Cooker Pinto Beans

Serves 2 – 250 Calories Per Serving – 6g fat/35g carbs/15g protein

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Pinto Beans
  • 1/2 Sweet Onion
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1/2 Cup Vegan Cheddar Cheese
  • Sea Salt as Needed

 

Instructions

  • Dice sweet onion and combine with all other ingredients in a crock pot on low for four hours
